Hi there! I'm Haley Arnott, the Owner/Founder of Rocky Top Dog Training. With more than 15 years as an entrepreneur and professional dog trainer, I've leveraged my expertise to create transformative, results-driven training programs. I take pride in these offerings and genuinely believe they represent the ultimate solution for all your dog training needs.
At Rocky Top Dog Training, our primary focus is achieving transformative behavioral results for your dog while educating you on how to maintain their progress long-term. Our ultimate goal is to strengthen the foundation of the relationship between you and your dog by fostering trust, consistency, structure and love.

Rocky Top University™
Our intentional and comprehensive curriculum educates owners to be knowledgeable to meet their dogs' growth and support their continued success. This education involves personalized one-on-one coaching where we take knowledge learned in the course work (University) and apply it through hands-on training in real time.

We pride ourselves on providing the utmost quality, care and calming environment to get the most out of our dogs in our programs. We train primarily inside of a home to ensure a stress-free and calming training environment. The less anxious they are, the more comfortable they feel to perform, learn, and retain new information.

Our dogs get consistent real world practice by applying what they’ve learned in a public setting such as: Home Depot, restaurants, breweries, car rides, neighborhoods and parks.
Dogs need 75 successes to learn new commands to create new neural pathways. To ensure the dogs are able to take what they’ve learned in the home and apply it outside the home, we change the context of their learning environment. This allows our dogs to understand that the same rules apply at home as they do in public.

It’s important to us that you feel that your dog is well taken care of. We post multiple daily progress updates of your dog training and playing in real time. This could include pictures as well as video footage.
We believe in transparency in how we train your dog. You can rest assured knowing that your dog is well taken care of, having fun and progressing in our programs. This helps owners feel more connected to the training process and invested in the dogs' learning and development.

IN-HOME DOG TRAINING
Designed for puppies and adult dogs
In-Home Dog Training offers a convenient solution for dog training right at your doorstep, eliminating the need for lengthy board and train programs. Our expert trainers visit your home for an hour each weekday, over three weeks, to train and exercise your dog while you're away, with optional home access during the program.
With our client app, you can track our visits, access training notes, homework, and your dog's training videos. To ensure long-term success, we provide 6 hours of hands-on, educational training for you, reinforcing the skills your dog learns throughout our program.

Designed for dogs 5 months and older
We offer and specialize in one service and one service only. Our 2-Week Board and Train program is a comprehensive service designed with the owner in mind. We pride ourselves on transformative behavioral change for your dog as well as a robust curriculum of education for you to maintain your dog’s success long-term. We help you establish a better relationship and connection with your dog through proper leadership.
